Marked Territory As the owner of a terrier, this isn’t too far from the truth. These fine pups are Mutt & Ratt, the band’s tour dogs, owned by J.V.J. They are a special-bred type of dog that JVJ is the only owner of the “star-spotted terrier” breed in the world.
